Our story

Two best friends.
Years under the bar.

Two best friends who have been through years and years of development and training. We've seen what works, and what doesn't move the needle.

Our mission

Elite development.
Without breaking the bank.

Our mission is to provide the best development program for any athlete, while not breaking the bank.

Programs

We tailor it to your needs

In person + remote

Hybrid

Train with us in person and follow your program on your own the rest of the week.

  • 1–2 coached sessions per week
  • Remote programming for your other training days
  • Built around your sport and schedule
Train from anywhere

Remote

A strictly remote program for athletes who train on their own, wherever they are.

  • Programming written for you
  • Check-ins and adjustments from your coach
  • Built around your sport and schedule
Communication

Our phones are available 24/7 to address any questions or needs.

The how?

Using various technologies, we measure different outputs, then build a program to improve those outputs.

No guesswork. We use data to track progress, and adjust to what we see fit.

Step 1

Evaluate

Get a baseline of your power output, mobility, top-end strength, vertical and sprint times.

Step 2

Plan

A training block written for the athlete's sport, position, schedule and training age.

Step 3

Train

Coached sessions with logged sets, reps and loads so progress is never a guess.

Step 4

Retest

Every block ends with testing. Parents and athletes get a report of every number.

Our standards

Track everything

Every rep, load and test gets logged.

Problem solve

When progress stalls, we find out why.

Be willing to adjust

The plan follows the data, not the other way around.

Stay curious

We keep learning so our athletes keep improving.

There is no magic pill
to replace hard work.
